Stephanie Bell-Rose is a managing director of TIAA-CREF and head of the TIAA-CREF Institute. The Institute is a thought leader and model for knowledge-building and public engagement on lifelong financial security, retirement planning, and organizational success in higher education and the charitable and public sectors. Ms. Bell-Rose formerly served as the founding president of The Goldman Sachs Foundation and managing director of The Goldman Sachs Group. She also served as counsel and program officer for public affairs at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Ms. Bell-Rose is currently a trustee of the Executive Leadership Council Foundation, the American Museum of Natural History, and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation.
