Collin Baker – Collin has served as assistant to the President and Communications Associate since joining the Foundation in 2009. He also serves as liaison to the Board of Directors. Prior to joining the Public Welfare Foundation, Collin worked at Public Citizen in the Auto Safety department where he wrote testimony and news pieces and performed other duties to help ensure better safety features and fuel economy for cars. He also interned at Amnesty International where he worked on Eastern European and Eurasian issues.
