Rooms

 Space is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Set-Up

Room type:  Board Room

Note: The set up of this room is fixed and cannot be altered. Furthermore, in order to avoid damage, renters are not allowed to move furniture. 

Accommodates up to 50 people seated or 135 maximum, seated and standing.

(20 seats around a board table - 30 audience seats facing the table).

A small, break-out room is also available for rent at no additional cost.

Food:

For an additional cost, catering may be arranged by the renter through one of our approved vendors, but  must also be communicated to the Foundation.

Set-Up

Room type: Auditorium

Standard layout accommodates up to 200 people seated theater-style - click here to see a diagram of the standard layout - or 300 maximum, seated and standing.

Alternate room configurations may be arranged for an additional fee.

Lankford Auditorium Round Tables (12 tables, 10 chairs per table, 120 seated)*

Lankford Auditorium School Room Style (21 tables, 5 chairs per table, 105 seated)*

Lankford Auditorium Open Space (no tables, no chairs)

*Tables are not provided by the Foundation, and must be rented from one of our approved vendors.

 Foundation policy prohibits event organizers and attendees from moving chairs or other furniture during events. Chairs are not to be moved during an event. Any unauthorized changes to the layout, including moving furniture without paying a reconfiguration fee, could result in a fine or other punitive measures.

 Food:

Technical Capabilities

Users requiring audio/visual services in the Lankford Auditorium other than the podium microphone must hire an A/V technician from our  approved vendor list. (Groups may bring their own projector if desired.)

No music can be played in the Auditorium between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
