Helping Youth Succeed in the Community
A series of photos taken for the Public Welfare Foundation captures some of the activities at the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services in downtown Washington, DC that are helping court-involved youth – and DYRS – chart new paths to success.
Starting today, the 10 photographs will appear, one at a time, on the website (click here) and on Facebook and Twitter.
