Office Manager and Human Resources Assistant

LaKeshia Griggs joined Public Welfare Foundation in 2023 as Officer Manager and Human Resources Assistant. LaKeshia is in her element when helping individuals and teams create professional environments that are dynamic, enjoyable, and efficient.

LaKeshia is passionate about supporting mission-driven work and previously worked at several local organizations such as KIPP DC. She has over 15 years of experience in administration, operations, and conference and event planning. Prior to joining the Public Welfare Foundation, Lakeshia opened DataRobot’s DC office and supported the company’s expansion.

A native Washingtonian, LaKeshia also completed coursework in business management at the University of the District of Columbia.
